Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

Between:

• Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University, Chitrakoot, U.P. – 210204

• G.D. Binani P.G. College, Mirzapur, U.P. – 231001

1. Duration and Termination

• Valid for 5 years from the date of signing.

• Either party may terminate with 90 days advance notice.

2. General Terms of Agreement

Both institutions agree to collaborate in the following areas:

• Exchange of students and faculty for research and teaching.

• Joint research projects on subjects of mutual interest.

• Access to library, laboratory, and e-learning resources.

• Joint organization of seminars, conferences, and workshops.

• Separate written agreements will be prepared for each specific activity.

• Each institution will appoint a nodal officer to coordinate collaboration.

• Both institutions will safeguard confidential information and intellectual property shared during collaboration.

3. Legal Status

• This MoU expresses intent to collaborate only.

• It does not impose legal or financial obligations unless a separate contract is executed.
